Eligibility for Refund:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 50% of the course content or downloaded course materials.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon approval.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be granted if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed or if course materials have been downloaded.

Requests made after the 7-day refund window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

Self-Paced Learning:

You may cancel your enrollment in a self-paced course within 48 Hours of purchase. If you have accessed less than 30% of the content and have not downloaded any materials, you are eligible for a full refund.

Live Online and Classroom Training:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of a live session are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session may be eligible for a credit towards a future class.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Course Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you may request a transfer to a different date or time of the same class. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original session start time and are subject to availability.
